 Rules of conduct

External staff must report to the business reception wearing a mask (at least of the surgical kind or with superior protection like FFP2 or FFP3 without filters). They must keep a social distance of at least 2 metres and identify themselves to the surveillance staff, giving them information on their visit and telling them who their contact person in the company is.

The surveillance staff will then have to contact the person in the company, give the external person information on company procedures for entering sites, take their body temperature using a thermal camera and check the “Super Green Pass” Covid certificate. If the “Super Green Pass” is not valid or their temperature is above 37.5 °C they may not enter the company. Temperatures may be taken twice to check.

The contact person in the company will come to the reception to take the authorised external person to the entry and accompany them all the time of their visit.

External visitors have to wear masks on their face at all times and follow the prevention measures below throughout their visit:

  • Disinfect your hands using the dispensers.
  • Avoid gathering in groups.
  • Keep a social distance of at least 2 metres.
  • Only go into the offices, areas and toilets you are authorised to.

External staff are banned from using the canteen and other eating areas unless specifically authorised.

Once their visit is over, the contact person will accompany them back to the main reception so they can leave the site.

The Museum houses valuable materials, often as a single copy, that recount the history of the Company. Visitors, who will be registered, shall take the utmost care during their visit with objects and machines, and shall guarantee that objects and documents are not damaged or moved, even unintentionally. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for minors.
